Dragon Fury Player Accounts

Creating players is the task agents repeat most. A good routine saves time and stops mix-ups.

Choosing usernames

Choose one naming style, for example initials followed by digits, and use it every time. You should be able to match any username to a chat contact at a glance. Avoid using players' phone numbers as usernames.

Temporary passwords

Set something simple for the first sign-in and ask the player to change it straight away. Never reuse your own panel password for a player.

The first sign-in

1. Send the download link from the download guide.
2. Share the username and temporary password.
3. Stay in chat until the player reaches the lobby.
4. Add a small first top-up once they have paid you.

Keeping the list tidy

• Note each username beside the player's chat name.
• Close usernames that stay unused for a long time.
• Reset passwords only after confirming who is asking.

New agents can read the agent guide for the bigger picture.

Handling lost passwords

Players forget passwords often. Before you reset one, confirm the request comes from the same chat contact you set the account up with. Set a new temporary password, send it privately and ask the player to change it. Never post usernames or passwords in a group chat where others can see them, even briefly. A quick identity check protects the player from someone else taking over their balance, and it protects you from blame if a stranger ever tries to claim an account that is not theirs.

Write the reset in your notes with the date so you can spot accounts that need frequent help.
