Dragon Fury Seller Support

When something goes wrong on a busy night, a clear message gets you help faster. Here is how support works.

Two channels

Reach us on WhatsApp +1 (724) 466-2790 / info@gamebridgedistributor.com. WhatsApp is usually quicker for urgent problems; email suits orders you want in writing.

What to include

• Your seat username (never your password).
• What you tried to do and what happened instead.
• Roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
• A screenshot if the panel showed a message.

What we can help with

Seats we opened, reloads, password resets for those seats, questions about levels and holding, and general guidance on the panel and app.

What sits elsewhere

Balances on seats opened by other suppliers stay with them. Settlement between agents and their players happens outside the panel and is agreed between those two parties.

Fix it yourself first

Many problems are solved in a minute with the login help page or the recharge guide. Try those, then message us if the issue remains.

Response times

We try to answer quickly, but replies can take longer during the busiest evening hours or when a message lacks details. A clear first message with your username and a screenshot usually gets resolved in one reply instead of several. For planned large orders, write ahead of time rather than at the last minute. If something urgent cannot wait, mention that in the first line so we see it straight away among other messages.

Keep the chat thread for each issue in one place so the full history stays easy to read for both of us.
