Dragon Fury Store Account

Shops that sell game credits often want one login per staff member. A Dragon Fury store setup makes that simple.

Why shops split logins

When three people share one password, nobody knows who made which load. Giving each counter or shift its own Dragon Fury seat means every top-up has a name next to it, and closing time is easier to reconcile.

A typical store layout

• The owner holds a distributor seat with the main balance.
• Each staff member gets an agent login funded from it.
• The owner reads the report at the end of each day.

Setting it up with us

Tell us how many staff logins you need. We open the owner seat at zero, you create staff logins inside it, and everyone practises before any credits move. Then you prepay and fund staff seats as needed.

End-of-day routine

Compare each staff balance with the cash or transfers they took in. Differences show up quickly when every login is separate. Change staff passwords when someone leaves. Contact WhatsApp +1 (724) 466-2790 / info@gamebridgedistributor.com to start.

When staff leave

Change the departing staff login password the same day, move any remaining balance back to the owner seat and close the login once its last redemptions are settled. Keep the old report for your records. A clean handover protects both the business and the person leaving, because nobody can later be blamed for loads made after they had gone. It also stops former staff from accidentally signing in from an old saved bookmark on their phone.
