Dragon Fury Recharge Guide

Recharge means two things on Dragon Fury: topping up a player, and reloading your own seat. Both are covered here.

Topping up a player

1. Confirm the player has paid you.
2. Find their username in the panel and choose the load option.
3. Enter the amount, check it once more and confirm.
4. Ask the player to refresh the app so the new balance shows.

Reloading your own seat

Your seat is reloaded by the seat above you. For seats we opened, send us your username and the amount, pay in advance and we add the credits. Large orders go more smoothly if you tell us a little ahead.

Habits that save time

• Keep a note of each player username next to their chat name.
• Recheck the amount before confirming; mistakes take time to undo.
• Hold a reserve so you are never waiting on your own reload when players are online.

When a recharge does not show

Ask the player to close and reopen the app. If the balance still looks wrong, check the report screen in your panel for the entry. The cash-out guide covers the opposite direction, and the credits guide explains the flow.

Recharges during peak hours

The heaviest top-up traffic usually comes in the evening and at weekends. Prepare by reloading your own seat earlier in the day, closing unrelated apps so the panel stays quick, and replying to players in the order they messaged. If several requests arrive at once, a short note such as "on it, two minutes" stops people from sending the same request again and again while they wait.
