Dragon Fury Weekly Report: Check Your Numbers in Six Steps
A weekly look at your Dragon Fury report catches missed payments and duplicate top-ups while they are still easy to fix. Here is a six-step routine any agent can follow.

Why a weekly check is worth twenty minutes
Most Dragon Fury agents look at their balance every day but only look at the full picture when something goes wrong. A short weekly review changes that. Once a week you sit down with your report, your chat history and your payment app, and make sure all three tell the same story. If they do, you can relax. If they don't, you catch the gap while it is still small and the details are fresh in everyone's memory.
This routine is the same whether you started on Dragon Fury recently or ran the game back when it was called Vblink. The rename did not change the basic job: credits go out to players after they pay you, and credits come back when they redeem.
Pick a fixed day and a quiet hour
Choose one day each week, ideally a quieter one for your players, and an hour when you are unlikely to be interrupted. Many agents find early in the week works well because weekend activity has just finished and the numbers are complete. What matters is doing it on the same day every week, so each review covers exactly seven days and nothing slips between two periods.
Keep a simple notebook or spreadsheet for the results. You need only a few columns: the week's dates, total top-ups, total redemptions, credits bought from your distributor, the closing balance and a short note on anything unusual.
Step 1: total what went out to players
Open the report section of your agent panel and filter it to the seven days you are checking. Add up every top-up you sent to player usernames. If your panel lets you export or copy the list, do that; otherwise a careful screenshot of each page is enough. This number is the credits you handed out during the week.
While you are there, scan for top-ups you don't recognise. A credit sent to the wrong username, or sent twice by a slip of the thumb, shows up here first. The backend guide explains where each part of the panel sits if you are still learning the layout.
Step 2: total what came back
Next, add up every redemption for the same seven days. Each one should match a cash-out you actually settled with a player. If you followed the habit of confirming the amount in chat and saving a screenshot, which the cash-out page recommends, this step takes minutes rather than an evening.
Redemptions with no matching conversation are worth a second look. Usually there is an innocent reason, such as a player who asked by voice call, but you want to know the reason rather than guess at it.
Step 3: compare with the money you received
Now open whichever payment apps you use with players and list every payment for the week. For each top-up in your report there should be a payment that arrived first. This is the most important comparison in the whole routine, because it is where unpaid credits hide. A player who said "sending now" and never did, or a payment that bounced after you had already loaded the account, will show up as a top-up with no money beside it.
If you find one, message the player privately and politely. Keep the tone factual: the date, the username, the amount, and a request to settle. Then tighten your rule so that you load credits only after the payment has actually landed. The recharge guide covers a calm way to handle reloads.
Step 4: check your own purchases and balance
Add the credits you bought from your distributor during the week. Your opening balance plus purchases, minus top-ups, plus redemptions, should land very close to the balance your panel shows now. If it is off, go back through the report day by day until you find the entry that explains it.
This is also the moment to plan your next order. Look at your busiest evenings and make sure your balance can cover at least two of them, so you never have to tell a player to wait while you reorder. Right now a Dragon Fury order of at least 5,000 points comes with a 10% promo; seat prices and other rates are shared one to one when you ask. The price page explains how quotes work.
Step 5: look at your players, not only your numbers
The same report tells you who was active. Note players who played this week but not last week, and regular players who went quiet. A short, friendly check-in with someone who stopped playing often reveals a simple problem, such as a new phone that needs the app again. Point them to the download steps or the login help page.
Avoid pressure. A message asking whether everything is working is welcome; repeated messages asking someone to play are not, and they damage trust.
Step 6: write down one change for next week
Finish by writing a single improvement in your notes. It might be posting your reply hours more clearly, keeping a larger reserve on Fridays, or moving every payment conversation to private messages. One small change each week adds up quickly, and your notes become a record of how your Dragon Fury business has grown.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Reviewing irregular periods, so some days get counted twice and others not at all.
- Relying on memory instead of the report and your saved screenshots.
- Loading credits before a payment has fully arrived.
- Sharing balances or payment details in a group chat instead of privately.
- Leaving a mismatch "for later" until nobody remembers what happened.
When your network grows
If friends start selling under you, the same review works one level up: you compare what you sent to each of their seats with what they paid you. The sub distributor and distributor pages explain those seats. New agents can begin with the first-week starter guide, which ends with a simpler version of this same review.
Quick answers
How long should a weekly review take? For a small player list, around twenty to thirty minutes once the habit is set.
Do I need special software? No. Your panel report, your payment app and a notebook or free spreadsheet are enough.
What if my numbers never match? Check one day at a time. Most gaps come from a single missed payment or a duplicate top-up.
