Dragon Fury Agent in the USA

Many Dragon Fury players are in the United States. Here is how an agent seat serves them.

State rules

American sweepstakes law is a patchwork that keeps shifting. Research the position in your own state and your players’ states. We have no US address and work purely online.

Four time zones

Eastern players finish their evening while Pacific players are just starting. If your players span the country, your busy window can last several hours. Post your hours with a time zone.

Former Vblink players

Many US players knew Vblink. Tell them it is now Dragon Fury and help them install the new app from the download page.

iPhone and Android

US players are split between iPhone and Android, so keep both install guides handy: iPhone and Android.

Weekends and holidays

Long weekends such as Thanksgiving or Labor Day can shift activity. Restock before them.

Professional tone

Answer clearly, keep redemption promises realistic and never mention wins you cannot guarantee.

Records

Keep a log of every transaction and compare it with the panel report.

Start

Ask for an empty agent seat. Next level: distributor USA.

Answering quickly

US players are used to fast service. Use saved replies for the common questions and aim to confirm every payment within a few minutes during your posted hours. When you cannot, a short holding message keeps them patient. Speed and politeness are the two things US players mention most when they recommend an agent to friends.
