Dragon Fury Team Structure

Every Dragon Fury business, large or small, sits on the same ladder of seats. Understanding it helps you plan growth.

The ladder

1. Master: the top login for large operations.
2. Distributor: funds and manages agents.
3. Sub distributor: a middle layer managing a group of agents.
4. Agent: serves players directly.
5. Player: plays on the app.

Credits flow down, redemptions flow up

Each layer funds the one below it. When a player redeems, credits return to the agent, and settlements between layers follow whatever terms were agreed.

Keep it as flat as possible

Every layer adds coordination. A distributor with five agents rarely needs a sub level. Add one only when a helper truly manages several agents.

Write terms per layer

For each seat, note the holding share, settlement day and minimum balance. Store this in the chat where the seat was created.

Access control

Each layer sees only its own branch. A sub distributor cannot see a different group. That protects everyone if one login is ever compromised.

Example small team

One distributor, three agents, each with about twenty players. The distributor checks the report daily, tops up agents in the afternoon and settles weekly. That is often all the structure you need.

When people leave

If an agent stops selling, pull the remaining balance back up, settle what is owed and close the login. Leaving dormant seats open creates confusion and risk. Review your structure monthly and tidy up seats that no longer do anything.
